$20.00 charge for all returned checks. 50 cents per day late fee for all tap and tub rentals. Anyone who tries to use a fraudulent, or altered ID card to try and purchase alcohol will be reported to the police, no exceptions! Carding Policy It is Nittany Beverage's policy to ask for proper Identification from everyone who appears to be under the age of 30. According to the PLCB, only the following are considered to be acceptable forms of Identification: 1. Any Valid(non-expired) US State-Issued Photo Driver's License 2. Any Valid(non-expired) US State-Issued Non-Driver's Photo ID 3. A Valid(non-expired) Armed Forces ID 4. A Valid(non-expired) Passport or Visa with Photograph International or Foreign driver's licenses will not be considered as either a primary or back-up ID. If you are visiting from another country, please bring your passport or travel visa. In order to ensure that Nittany Beverage does not serve a minor, any ID card with a "Duplicate" designation will also have to be accompanied by a second form of back-up ID. The following is a list of the only acceptable forms of back-up ID: 1. Any Valid(non-expired) US State-Issued Photo Driver's License 2. Any Valid(non-expired) US State-Issued Non-Driver's Photo ID 3. A Valid(non-expired) Armed Forces ID 4. A Valid(non-expired) Passport or Visa with Photograph 5. University Issued Photo Identification Card (non-expired) Other forms of ID that will not be considered for back-up ID are: 1. Bus Passes 2. "International Student Identification" Cards 3. Apartment Resident Cards 4. Sam's Club Cards Nittany Beverage will not accept any expired ID for use as a primary or back-up ID, period. Just like the State Liquor Stores, you must be 21 years or older to be on our premises, so expect to be carded upon entrance to Nittany Beverage. You must be prepared to show your ID every time you come to Nittany Beverage, even if you consider yourself a "regular". Also, anyone who contributes money to purchase alcohol will be carded, and must be 21 or older, no exceptions! Credit cards and checks must bear the name of the person presenting them so that we may verify the age of the account holder. The above policies are in effect to ensure that Nittany Beverage does not serve any customer who is not of age. These policies are not open to negotiation. Nittany Beverage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone to ensure complete compliance with all applicable PLCB regulations. The above policies may change without notice due to PLCB or other law enforcement rule changes. We regret any inconvienence that this causes our customers. Nittany Beverage's carding policies originate from the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board regulations including Title 40 of the PA Liquor code, as well as the PA TIPS program, and local law enforcement officials.
